Internship Programme
Silver Ribbon (Singapore) has been receiving requests from students from various school institutions such as Nanyang Technological University, Ngee Ann Polytechnic, Singapore Management University, Singapore University of Social Sciences, etc, to participate in our internship programme so that they will have good exposure and understand the mental health landscape better.
Duties
The intern will be involved in various aspects of work with supervision including:-
- Day-to day administrative tasks
- Planning outreach activities
- Liaison with clients, caregivers, volunteers, government agencies, media and partners
- Conducting house visits
- Seeking sponsorship
- Drafting proposals
- Managing projects
Language
Proficient in English and 2nd Language (Chinese/Malay/Tamil)
Personality
We are recruiting passionate, motivated, people-oriented and independent individuals.
Level of Commitment
Priority will be given to applicants who can commit for at least 4 months and above.
Code of Conduct
Interns are required to
- Report for work on Mon – Fri, 9am – 5pm
- Perform duty after working hours and during weekends or public holiday if required and claim their excess hours during non-peak period
- Be punctual for duty, meetings and events in proper attire at all times
- Update their Reporting Officer in they are unable to turn up for work
- Adhere to work ethics and guidelines.
Opportunity
Upon completion of their internship programme, interns with positive working attitude and good performance will be considered for a full-time position if there is a vacancy.
