Peak Period

As most agencies celebrate World Mental Health Day throughout the month of October, we will be receiving requests for talks and events. Hence, staff might be required to help out after working hours and/or during weekends and then claim their excess hours during non-peak period.

Job Scope of Mental Health Intervention Response Advocate

  • To run daily operation
  • To plan and host outreach activities after working hours and weekends
  • To respond to queries over the phone, via email and at events
  • To fix appointments for clients, update counselling schedule and send confirmation emails
  • To liaise with clients, caregivers, government agencies, media, partners, vendors, volunteers
  • To arrange repairs and replacement of faulty items
  • To update records and prepare reports

Job Scope of Assistant Admin Executive/Admin Executive

  • To schedule meetings
  • To prepare event materials
  • To handle recruitment interviews, onboarding and offboarding
  • To update HR portal and records
  • To prepare and submit reports and official documents

Job Scope of Assistant Clinical Executive/Clinical Executive

  • To provide emotional support and administer assessment tools during the session
  • To conduct house visit when necessary
  • To prepare reports and submit within 3 working days
  • To conduct workshops and talks

Requirement

  • Educational Qualification
    • Mental Health Intervention Response Advocate – Diploma and above in Psychology, Counselling or Social Work
    • Assistant Admin Executive/Admin Executive – Diploma and above in any discipline
    • Assistant Clinical Executive/Clinical Executive – Bachelor degree in Psychology, Counselling or Social Work
  • Staff shall be punctual for work at all times
  • Staff shall required to adhere to the SOP of Silver Ribbon (Singapore) while performing their duties
  • Staff shall be confirmed only after displaying good performance and attendance during 3-month probation
  • Staff shall provide a notice of one week during probation period and one month after confirmation to resign
